Our staff and interviewers play a critical role in the continued delivery of quality customer deliverables.  In addition to our Coventry based team, we have nearly 1500 interviewers and part time staff.  We ensure that we select the best person for the project as all staff undergo a rigorous selection and induction process and are continually assessed in all aspects of their work.
